| These leather totes on wheels carry 70 pounds. They are the best tire base ever made. The wheel casing is metal and the wheels are skate wheels. When I travel I take one of these. They are great convention totes. There is a vinyl splash guard. There are also two outer pockets on each side one with a webbing for easy viewing and the other an enclosed pocket. When the top weather guard is zipped shut, the shelf that is made becomes a coat rest.
