WHY?
The handles adjust and are sewn 6 times to make sure they don't pull out under a load. Begin by Criss Crossing the handles of the Tall persons Tote on Wheels. The suspend the tote by stretching out the handles until the go over the handlebars. Gravity naturally centers the Tote on Wheel, So they don't rub the tires. Most wheelchair are wider across then 14 inches and the tote on Wheels will have between 3 - 7 inches on each side before it will rub on the tires.
These Totes on Wheels are waterproof and secure and can not be sliced or cut off at the handles. The handles are modified seatbelt fabric.
