To help those of us that must maneuver through life with a wheelchair, the adjustable handles on the "Tall Persons Tote on Wheels" model suspends the Tote on Wheels between the handlebars on the back of the chair.  No longer will the tires of your chair rub on your things, and damage them.  Also, the "Messenger" totes are a GREAT security tote for the wheelchair person.  These totes are worn forward, over the neckline but between the shoulders.
